Who are We?

Vintner Investment Group is a group of real estate investors that have been investing since 1997. We

came together while working for the largest winery in the U.S. Our portfolio currently consists of almost

70 doors throughout 3 States, With over half of our properties being rented to travel nurses

Why Rent to Travel Nurses?

In 2019, Our Co-Founder’s son, Donovan, was stricken with myocarditis which resulted in a week stay in pediatric ICU at

Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital. While he was there, He met several of the nurses attending to Donovan. Through casual conversation, he became aware of the challenges that travel nurses encounter when seeking out adequate housing. Hearing this, Kevin felt compelled to help offer a solution to nurses struggling with finding housing He shared this

with his partners, and made a strong recommendation that Vintner Investment Group make a

commitment to dedicating a portion of our real estate investment portfolio to housing for nurses. This

has turned out to be a mutually beneficial arrangement, as nurses are much cleaner that long term

tenant.

We currently have 45 travel nurse housing offerings in 5 cities; Indianapolis, Indiana; Boise, Idaho,

Nampa, Idaho; Rancho Cucamonga, California and Henderson, Nevada. In 2025, we hope to add 5 more properties for travel nurses.
